Transition renews most of its full suspension bikes for 2015. As many brands now, Kona first, Canyon, Rose bikes, the brand works on one alloy platform and declines it to different uses. 4 new models comes for 2015, they are in alloy and based on the “Giddy Up” rocker design. The four bar linkage does not any surprise but has been designed to improve sensitivity on small bumps and stiffness at the end of the travel.
Those bikes integrates the UP AND DOWN MOUNTAINS category – it means they are able to climb and then to descent properly !
This is the trailbike and it welcomes 29 inches wheels. 115mm of travel rear, 130mm recommanded fork. Its philosophy is close to what Orange proposes with its new Segment.
All mountain style: 27.5 wheels, 125mm rear, 140mm front.
26 inches forever. 155mm rear / 160mm front for this enduro ride.
The killing machine is here and is ready to shred on enduro races. 65° head angle, 160mm fork and 155mm
To conclude, those new bikes shares the Transition philosophy, long, low and slack. No surprises on those words, it’s the trend for most of the brands in 2015.
